I never knew George, but have come to learn a lot about the kind of man he must have been. Although I never knew him I will forever be eternally grateful for all his sacrifices! Alas, my brother....

I just read in the paper where George passed away and I am so shocked and saddened by this news! I met George in the Marine Corp Poolee Program and he was a very sweet and respectfull guy. George volunteered to take me to my Senior MORP dance as friends and we had a blast. I am so sorry for his wife and children and if they are anything like their Daddy then Society is blessed to have them! God Bless your family George and May you be waiting at the gates to meet them with arms wide open!!!
