Many years ago my grandmother was a neighbor of the Bradfords in Poplar Highlands, and I became well acquainted with the family. Scott and I both played tuba in the high school band, and I was a school associate of George and Susan at both Raceland High School and Eastern Kentucky University. I offer my condolences to the entire family on the loss of Lucy.
