April Wagner Smith

April Elizabeth Wagner Smith, 37, of Paris, KY, formerly of Russell, KY,  passed away on November 13, 2016 in Ashland, KY.   Mrs. Smith was born on October 5, 1979, Lima, OH; a daughter of Dr. Robert Linton and Peggy Lynn Ader Wagner of Russell, KY.   April was a homemaker, for her spouse and children, and a member of David's Fork Baptist Church in Lexington, KY.   In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Andy Smith, Jr.; four children: Elizabeth Nicole Kinner, Jordan Ross Kinner, Ethan Robert Rice, and Alexis "May" Smith; three sisters: Melissa Dawn (Randy) Smith of Meads, KY, Tina Marie (Ronnie) Blair of Ashland, KY, and Miriam Denise Wagner of Lexington, KY, her grandmother, Mandy Wagner of Raceland, KY, and several step-children.   She was preceded in death by her sister, Anna Faye Wagner.   The funeral will be at 1 PM on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Bro. Jim Yates and Bro. Rick Harris.  Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, KY.   The viewing will be from 10am to funeral time at the funeral home.  On behalf of her children, donations can be made to the funeral home in lieu of flowers.
