Barbara Ann Rambo Chappel

Barbara Ann Rambo Chappel, 81, of Worthington, KY passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Chappel was born May 5, 1936 in Columbus, OH, the daughter of the late Donald C. and Lorena Crisp Rambo. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Chappel was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Chappel and one brother, Donald R. Rambo. Mrs. Chappel was a Christian and a member of Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle in Flatwoods, KY. She was always looking for a way to share salvation with others. Mrs. Chappel was also an Air Force Korean War Veteran and obtained an Associate Degree in Communications. Mrs. Chappel is survived by one son, Eric D. (Tammy) Chappel and one daughter, Kimberly D. (Mark) Chappel Kerns both of FT Meyers, FL; four grandchildren: Kelli Coleman, Michael Chappel, Travis Knight, Kaleigh Chappel; and one great grandson, Levi Michael Chappel. Funeral Service will be at 12 P.M. on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Rev. Lloyd L. Bailey and Rev. J.E. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East in Greenup, KY.
