Barbara Lou Madison Bresch

Barbara Lou Madison Bresch, 90, of Wurtland, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019, at Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wurtland, KY, surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Bresch was born on February 25, 1929, in Panama Canal, Panama, to the late Elfreda Smith. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Bresch was preceded in death by one son, Albert Charles Bresch III; one daughter, Beverly Bennett; her brother, Charles Madison; and her sister, Beverly Bondurant. Mrs. Bresch was a Nursing Assistant at St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, FL and has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. Barbara was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Bresch is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Bresch of Wurtland, KY, and Kandice (Christopher) Mohar of Tampa, FL; one son, David Bresch of Tampa, FL; five grandchildren: Terri (Chris) Callicoat, Danielle (Mike) Skeens, Rebecca (Derrick) McKinney, Alexandra Mohar, Christopher Mohar Jr.; ten great-grandchildren: MaKenzie, Grace, Allie, Zachary, and Karsyn Callicoat, Kevin Jude, Ryan Skeens, CaLeigh (Dalton) Miller, Casey McKinney, and Melo. There will be no service at this time. The family has entrusted Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with the arrangements.
