Cecil Lee "Joe Bob" Douglas, 61, of Flatwoods, KY passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, KY.   Mr. Douglas was born on May 14, 1953, in Flatwoods,KY, a son of the late Cecil and Ogleve Douglas. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Vonna Patrick.   Mr. Douglas installed pumps and tanks for Hensley's Petroleum. He was also a shade-tree mechanic and repaired lawnmowers.   He is survived by five sisters: Verna Barber, Terry Friend and Judy Douglas, all of Flatwoods, KY,Joan Hinds, and her husband, Gary, of Ironton, Ohio; Eunice Waller, and her husband Kenny of Chesapeake, OH; and a host of extended family and friends.   The funeral will be at 1:30 PM on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Lloyd Ray Baldridge officiating.   The visitation will be from 12 pm until funeral time on Sunday at the funeral home.
