Charles Bradley Brad Cozad

Charles Bradley “Brad” Cozad Jr., 24, of Ashland, KY passed away at his residence in on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Mr. Cozad was born on March 22, 1990 in Incirlik, Turkey; a son of Alisa Hern Smith, of Catlettsburg, KY, and the late Charles Bradley Cozad, Sr. Mr. Cozad was a full time Dad and attended Bible Baptist Church in Catlettsburg, KY. He had served with the West Virginia National Guard.  He was a wonderful husband and father. Mr. Cozad is survived by his wife: Amanda Jane McClelland Cozad; two sons: Jayden Cozad of New York, NY and Caleb McClelland of Ashland, KY; two brothers, Matthew Cozad and Nathaniel Smith, both of Catlettsburg, KY; two sisters: Denise Walker of Atlanta, GA, and Jessica Cozad of Reidsville, GA; a “second Dad,” and husband to Alisa, Darrel Smith. The funeral will be at 12 PM, on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY, with Bro. Dennis Miles officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, KY. The visitation will be from 10 am until service time, at the funeral home.
