Cleo M. McGuire, 90, of Flatwoods, KY, formerly of Ashland, KY passed away Monday, June 18, 2012 at Trinity Station Retirement Community in Flatwoods, KY.  Ms. McGuire was born May 19, 1922 in Portsmouth, OH.  She was a daughter of the late Earl Raymond and Cleo Dell Fultz McGuire.  Ms. McGuire was a Certified Public Accountant and auditor for Bank Josephine in Prestonsburg, KY, and a member of the Bellefonte Garden Club.  She is survived by her brother, Everett Earl McGuire and his wife, Martha, of Ashland, KY and several nieces and nephews.  She is also survived by a special and devoted friend Marilyn Howard of Ashland, KY.  Arrangements are private and being entrusted to Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY.
