Connie Evelyn Stephens Jacobs

Connie Evelyn Stephens Jacobs, 75, of Flatwoods, KY, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020, at her residence surrounded by family. Mrs. Jacobs was born April 29, 1944, in Greenup, KY, to the late Charles M. and Ruth Shepherd Stephens. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jacobs was preceded in death by five brothers: Clarence, Charles, Harold, Ronnie, and Billy Ray Stephens; and three sisters: Francis Spaulding, Susie Swint, and Barbara Sherman. Mrs. Jacobs was a housekeeper for Knights Inn in Ashland, KY and attended Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church in Westwood, KY. Mrs. Jacobs is survived by her loving husband, Paul Dwayne Jacobs of Flatwoods, KY; two sons, Kenneth Ray (Kim) Nall and Paul Jacobs Jr. both of Ashland, KY; one daughter, Pam Kay (Ed) Sparks of Greenup, KY; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Stephens of Ashland, KY and Jerry Stephens of Greenup, KY; three sisters, Betty Keeton of Middletown, OH, Patty Tackett of Greenup, KY, and Linda Linkous of Flatwoods, KY; and a host of extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Rev. Lloyd L. Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, in Flatwoods, KY.
