Crystal Joy Thomas Blevins

Crystal Joy Thomas Blevins, 51, of Flatwoods, KY, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY, surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Blevins was born February 22, 1971, in Dallas, NC, to the late James Franklin and Joan Johnson Thomas. Crystal worked in Food Services at King’s Daughters Medical Center and Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. She loved her family, cats, and watching sitcoms, especially the Golden Girls. Crystal was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Blevins is survived by her loving husband of thirty-five years, William Charles Blevins of Flatwoods, KY; a son, William Nicholas (Lauren) Blevins of Longmont, CO; two daughters, Stephanie Blevins of Ashland, KY and Robin Blevins of Flatwoods, KY; seven grandchildren: Ruby, Gabriel, Elaina, Stormie, Gabbie, Luke, and Michael; and a host of extended family and friends. There are no services scheduled at this time.
