Dalbert Lee Dale Barker

Dalbert Lee “Dale” Barker, 41, of Greenup, KY passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, in Ashland, KY. Dale was born on April 22, 1979, in Ashland, KY to Carol Ann Barker Bullion, and stepfather, James Milton Bullion of Greenup, KY. He was a waiter at Denny’s in Catlettsburg, KY and had attended the Wurtland Church of God in Greenup, KY.  In addition to Carol and his stepdad, Jim, Dale is survived by his children: Trenton Joseph Barker, Gavin Lemaster, Ridley Grace Cole, and Layne Andrew Barker; as well as two children Dale was helping to raise, Candice Vanover and Tobias Kilgore; a sister, Amanda Dawn Coffee of Flatwoods, KY; a stepbrother, Carl (April) Bullion of Marion, OH; a stepsister, Teresa Bullion of Bucyrus, OH; and a host of extended family and friends who loved Dale very much.  Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at Wurtland Church of God in Greenup, KY.  Burial will follow at Bullion-Barker Cemetery in Greenup, KY. The visitation will be from 11 am until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY has been entrusted with the arrangements.   Due to COVID-19 please adhere to the mask mandates and social distancing.
