Elizabeth Toogie Perkins Conley

Elizabeth “Toogie” Perkins Conley, 44, of Flatwoods, KY, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021, in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY surrounded by her loved ones. Elizabeth was born July 28, 1976, in Ironton, OH to Clifford Lee (Teresa) Perkins of Raceland, KY and Patricia Ann Sergent (Rick) Spears of Flatwoods, KY. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her daughter, Mattie Conley. Elizabeth was a loving mother and grandmother. She was very crafty and enjoyed making things for her friends and family. Elizabeth was very likable and outgoing person who never met a stranger. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth is survived by her son, Austin (Sierra) Johnson of Wurtland, KY; her grandchildren: Macie Leadingham and Ryker Johnson; four sisters, Martha Ann (Terry) Yates of Flatwoods, KY, Amber (Jake) Nugent of Glendale Heights, IL, Chelsea (Ethan) Bridges of Raceland, KY, and Nikki Fultz of Ashland, KY; her grandmother, Marie Perkins of Flatwoods, KY; niece, Abby Yates of Flatwoods, KY; nephew, DeWayne Yates of Columbus, OH; and a host of extended family and friends. A graveside service will be held at 12 P.M. on Monday, July 19,2021, at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Russell, KY with Rev. Jason A. Bailey officiating.
