Frank “Doodle” Brown of Cincinnati, OH, passed away at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Community in Lebanon, OH.Mr. Brown was born in Ashland, KY to the late Oscar and Verna Brown.In addition to his parents, Mr. Brown was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia “Jenny” Johnson and Katherine “Kat” Waller and one brother, William “Bud” Brown.Mr. Brown was a Sargeant in the National Guard in Fort Knox, KY; a Machine and Press Operator with metals and plastics at Steele Plastics for 50 years. After retirement, Mr. Brown was an Ashland Daily Independent newspaper carrier for 11 years; delivering papers to over 300 customers in Flatwoods. Mr. Brown enjoyed growing fresh vegetables in his garden and he could repair or build almost anything.Mr. Brown is survived by his loving wife Jewell Brown of Cincinnati, OH; one daughter, Debbie Stanton of Cincinnati, OH; one granddaughter, Chelsea Stanton of Mandeville, LA; one brother, Vernon “Mike” (Janet) Brown of Wabash, IN; one sister, Juanita Ward of Ft. Myers Beach, FL; and many family members, friends, and neighbors. Special mention of; cousins, Joanne, Gary, and Pat Urban of Maysville, KY; two nieces, Mollie Damron of Ashland, Ky and Melinda Waller of Ironton, OH; and one nephew, Steve Ward of Salem, OR; and special mention of other family members: Myrtle Rymer of Westwood, KY; Jeannine and Joe Barker of Ashland, KY; Paula Kendall of Sissonville, WV; Clarence and June Stephens of Ashland, KY; Gary and Cathy Stephens of Ashland, KY; Bill and Sherilyn Marshall of Cincinnati, OH; Jackie Kirby of Franklin Furnace, OH; Lisa Lewis of Ashland, KY; and Linda Harris of Lexington, KY.Visitation (10 a.m.) and Funeral (12 p.m.) will be held on Monday, March 26 at the Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle church at 908 McCown Street in Flatwoods, KY, 41139, with Pastor Lloyd L. Bailey and Pastor J.E.
