Fred R. Williams, 76, of Greenup, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. Mr. Williams was born November 24, 1943, in Russell, KY, to the late Arnold and Lillian Faye Morgan Williams. In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was preceded in death a sister, Donna Sue Underwood. Fred really enjoyed his job at TNL for ARMCO in Ashland, KY. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. Mr. Williams was of the Christian faith. Mr. Williams is survived by his daughter, Sheila (Tim) Miller of Flatwoods, KY; two grandchildren, Amber (Nathan) Bentley of Raceland, KY and Chris (Carla) Stacy of Greenup, KY of Greenup, KY; four great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends. The family has arranged a private burial with Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY.
