FLATWOODS — Gerald Dean Patrick, 73, of Flatwoods, died Tuesday in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.He was born Aug. 16, 1938, in Campaign,, Tenn.The funeral will be at noon Monday at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods.
