Goldie Keeton Payne Triplett

Goldie Keeton Payne Triplett, 76, of Catlettsburg, KY passed from this life to her eternal life on Friday, August 07, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Triplett was born on August 23, 1938 in Greenup County, KY; a daughter of the late Roscoe and Kathleen Estep Keeton.  She was also preceded in death by three sons: Jeffrey L. Payne, Larry D. Payne, and Dennis R. Payne; and three sisters:  Imogene Coon, Lucy Honaker, and Mary Lou Blevins. Mrs. Triplett was a homemaker and attended First Apostolic Church in Flatwoods, KY. She is survived by five daughters:  Rita J. (Roger) Johnson of Catlettsburg, KY, Diana L. Short of Jackson, KY, Kaye F. Bryant of Raceland, KY, Janet S. Payne of Ironton, OH, and Kathleen L. (Joe) Young of Flatwoods, KY; three daughter-in-laws: Roxann Payne and Rita Payne, both of Raceland, KY, and Wanda Payne of Ashland, KY; two brothers:  James R. (Pat) Keeton of Flatwoods, KY, and Larry W. Keeton of Wurtland, KY; twenty grandchildren, and thirty-six great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends. The funeral will be at 1 PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Rev. David Fairburn and Pastor Harold McKenzie officiating.  Burial will follow in Rude Cemetery in Flatwoods, KY.
