Janice Marlene Darby Davidson

Janice Marlene Darby Davidson, 81, of Raceland, KY, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at Trinity Station Retirement Community in Flatwoods, KY. Mrs. Davidson was born October 11, 1938, in Raceland, KY, to the late James O. and Emma June Lafferty Darby. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davidson was preceded in death by her daughter, Dreama Helmick and a brother, Forrest Darby. Mrs. Davidson was a Greenup County Deputy Clerk and a member of Flatwoods Nazarene Church in Flatwoods, KY. Janice is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Donald L. Davidson of Raceland, KY; two sons, Vince (Belinda) Davidson of Bellefonte, KY and Jeramie (Leslie) Davidson of Greenup, KY; five grandchildren, Justin Davidson of Greenville, TN, Kory Helmick of Raceland, KY, Miranda (Byron) Newland of Raceland, KY, Megan Davidson of Flatwoods, KY, and Makenzie Davidson of Cincinnati, OH; two great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends. There will be a graveside service at 2 P.M. on Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Russell, KY with Pastor Roger Bonzo officiating.
