John Edward Wills Jr

John Edward Wills Jr., 60, of Wurtland, KY, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY following a long illness.Mr. Wills was born May 14, 1958, in Ironton, OH, to Maria O’Randy Campbell of Ashland, KY, and the late John Edward Wills Sr.Mr. Wills was an Opthalmic Photographer of 34 years at Dr. Craig Morgan’s office. He was also a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Mr. Wills enjoyed playing music and singing. He was a big jokester and loved making people laugh. He was a wonderful father.In addition to his mother Mr. Wills is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Rebecca Wills of Wurtland, KY; one son, J.W. Neal; two brothers, Clayton (Kym) Wills of Ashland, KY, and Mark Wills of Catlettsburg, KY; one sister, Stormy (Jeff) York of Georgetown, KY; and a host of extended family and friends.A funeral service will be held at 12 P.M. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Monty Joseph officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE in Greenup, KY.Visitation will be from 10 A.M. until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for son’s college fund. Condolences can be expressed at baileyfamilyfuneralhome.com.
