Kathy Sue McKenzie

Kathy Sue Williams McKenzie, 58, of Ashland, KY passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Mrs. McKenzie was born May 11, 1959 in Ashland, KY to the late Elvie and Ruth Gamble Williams. Mrs. McKenzie was a retired cook from J&J Restaurant in Ashland, KY where she worked for over 25 years. She enjoyed reading novels of any kind and spending time with her family. Mrs. McKenzie is survived by her two loving children, Joshuah McKenzie and Jessica McKenzie both of Ashland, KY; seven grandchildren: Alex, Hannah, Alexis, Gabriella, Eli, Kamron McKenzie, and Ashton Hendrickson; one brother, Jerry (Judy) Williams of Wurtland, KY; and a host of extended family and friends. There will be a private service at a later date. The family has entrusted Bailey Family Funeral Home with the arrangements.
