Keith Wheeler

Keith Edward Wheeler, 53, of Ashland, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Mr. Wheeler was born June 30, 1958 in Ashland, KY, a son of Marlene Hignite Ettinger and the late Allen Wheeler, who passed away in 1991.  He was also preceded in death by a son, Keith Edward Wheeler, Jr., and a brother Paul Anthony Wheeler. Mr. Wheeler was an equipment operator for the City of Ashland, and a member of Moose Lodge in Ashland. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons; Leonard Gobel of Ashland, and Trent Wheeler of Catlettsburg; two daughters; April (Randy) Jones of Raceland, and Rachael (Cody) Lucas of Marysville, GA; a brother; Richard Allen (Julie) Wheeler of Ashland; two sisters; Brenda (Paul) Rogers of Ashland, KY and Susie (Terry) Hensley of Flatwoods, KY; and a special Aunt Yvonnie (Jack) Dickison of Ashland, KY.  The funeral will be at 1pm, Monday, November 28, 2011 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY.  Burial will follow in Dixon Cemetery in Westwood, KY.  The visitation will be Monday from 11 am until funeral time at the funeral home.  For directions, online condolences, and web-casting of the funeral, visit baileyfamilyfuneralhome.com.
