Lisa Shawn Stambaugh Crisp, 51, of Ashland, passed away, on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland in the presence of her family. Lisa was born April 22, 1966, in Russell, a daughter of Anna Castle Stambaugh of Summit and the late Jack Stambaugh. Lisa was a banker and Branch Manager for City National Bank in Russell. She was a member of Russell Rotary Club and Russell FRYSC Board (Family Resource Youth Service Center). She was a 1984 graduate of Boyd County High School, a graduate of University of Kentucky, and a graduate of Banking School. Lisa enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. Her faith and deeds were an example to follow. Lisa always described herself as blessed and was humbled by all the support that she received throughout her illness. In addition to her mother, Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, James E. "Ned" Crisp; one daughter, Rachel (Brad) Cornwell of Ashland; one sister, Angela (Randy) Stapleton of Summit; a sister-in-law, Jackie Phelps of Worthington; and a host of extended family and friends. A graveside service will be at noon Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods with Rev. James Wells officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods.
