Mary Kathryn McKinney

Mary Kathryn McKinney, 50, of Ashland, KY, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at her home.Ms. McKinney was born March 22, 1968, in Russell, KY, to her parents, Harold D. and Barbara Claxon McKinney.Ms. McKinney was a secretary for MTW Tire and a 1986 graduate of Greenup County High School. Mary loved animals and was a huge animal advocate.In addition to her parents, Ms. McKinney is survived by her sister, Paula McKinney Layne; two nieces, Taylor Nichole and Ashley Morgan Layne; one nephew, Phillip Dean Layne; and a host of extended family and friends.There will be a visitation on Sunday, August 19, 2018, from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY.Condolences can be expressed at baileyfamilyfuneralhome.com
