Patricia Mary Zayon Keeton

Patricia Mary Zayon Keeton, 83, of Flatwoods, KY, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY.

Patricia was born December 14, 1941, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Bernard and Mary Kavish Zayon.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Roscoe James Keeton Jr., and a brother, Michael Zayon.

Patricia was a homemaker who enjoyed attending church, reading, cooking, and traveling to church functions with her friends. She was known for being a very charitable lady. She was a member of the First Apostolic Church of Flatwoods, KY. 

Patricia is survived by her three sons, Michael J. (Joy) Keeton of Ashland, KY, John M. (Rebecca) Keeton of Flatwoods, KY, and Ruben B. (Robin) Keeton of Floyds Knob, IN; her daughter, Jennifer M. (Will) Braden of Flatwoods, KY; seven grandchildren: Johnny (Jennibeth) Keeton, Andrew (Melissa) Keeton, William Keeton, Julianna Keeton, Marissa Keeton, Sean Bradley, and Seth Bradley; four great-grandchildren: Mia, Allie, Nadine, and Levi; two brothers, Jack (Nina) Zayon of Fairbanks, AL, and Joe (Zettie) Zayon of Lumberton, TX; three best friends: Roxann Payne, Doris Hall, Kathy McKenzie; and a host of extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, December 23, 2024, at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY, with Pastor Harold McKenzie officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast in Greenup, KY.

Visitation will be from 10 A.M. until the time of the service on Monday, at the funeral home.
