Paulette Frazier

Paulette Frazier, 65, of Flatwoods, KY, formerly of Louisa, KY, passed away on July 4, 2015 at her residence. Ms. Frazier was born on January 23, 1950 in Louisa, KY; a daughter of the late Paul and Joyce Fitzpatrick Frazier. She was a LPN for Boyd Nursing and Rehabilitation in Boyd County, KY and had worked previously at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She is survived by one son, Paul Frazier and his wife, Carrie of Flatwoods, KY and one grandson, Jacob Frazier, also of Flatwoods, KY.  She is also survived by several siblings. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public services.
