Penny Sue Chaffins

Penny Sue Chaffins, 57, of Flatwoods, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Chaffins was born August 22, 1963, in Ironton, OH, to the late Leonard Eugene and Betty Jo Williams Webb. In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Webb. Mrs. Chaffins was a dedicated homemaker and a Christian of the Baptist faith. Penny is survived by her loving husband of thirty years, Shirley Raymond Chaffins of Flatwoods, KY; a daughter, Leanna Jo Jarrell of South Point, OH; one granddaughter, Elizabeth Shepard; two sisters, Carol (Shelton) Chaffins of Flatwoods, KY and Wanda (Gene) Gayhart of Grayson, KY; and a host of extended family and friends.
