Phyllis Ann Hieneman, 80, of Raceland KY, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Trinity Station Retirement Community in Flatwoods KY surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born on June 9, 1936 in Lloyd KY, a daughter of the late Alonzo and Nora Williams Maynard. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Ruby Mauk.
Mrs. Hieneman was a homemaker and business owner of Greenup Farmers Supply in Greenup, KY. She was a member of the Woodland Homemakers Club in Greenup and loved to square dance and round dance with her husband. She enjoyed traveling and being with her family.
Mrs. Hieneman is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Claude Hieneman; one daughter, Kim and Marty Griffith of Raceland, KY; one son, Dan and Amanda Hieneman of Raceland, KY; five grandchildren, Sarah (Greg) Scott, Daniel (Hollie) Griffith, Marti Jo Griffith (Ryan Houlehan), Chase Hieneman, and Sam Hieneman; four great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
The funeral service will be at 2 PM on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Minister Mark McKinney officiating. Burial will follow at Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd, KY.
