Reable J. Keeton Copley, 71, of Flatwoods, KY went to meet her precious Lord and Saviour on Sunday, August 2, 2015, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. Mrs. Copley was born on October 23, 1943 in Boone County, WV; a daughter of the late Ira and Maude Hatfield Jacobs.  She was also preceded in death by her spouse, William Harold Keeton; brother-in-law, Russell Keeton; step-daughter, Vicki Perry; son-in-law, Troy Bailey, daughter-in-law Pamela Keeton, and a grandson, Adam Keeton. Mrs. Copley attended Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle in Flatwoods, KY. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, knitting, cooking, candy making, gardening, reading the newspaper, spending time with family and playing with all of her grandbabies, great grandbabies and her dog, Sugar. She was a retired LPN for Kingsbrook Life Care Center in Ashland, KY, and had worked as a LPN for Heartland of Riverview, Woodland Oaks, and Sunrise Nursing Home.  She had also worked for KDMC in food service. Mrs. Copley is survived by three daughters:  Sheila (Don) Ours of Rush, KY, Deborah Bailey of Flatwoods, KY, Glenda (Kris) Staggs of Vanceburg, KY; a son, William (Laura) Keeton of Adamsville, TN; four brothers:  Leonard (Carol) Jacobs of Hahira, GA, Leon (Jan) Jacobs of Moundsview, MN, Leroy (Nancy) Jacobs of Greenup, KY, Paul (Connie) Jacobs of Flatwoods, KY; three sisters:  Shirley Keeton of Flatwoods, KY, Freda Shackelford of Yorktown, VA, and Doris (Leonard) Hall of Greenup, KY; twenty three Grandbabies, nineteen Great Grandbabies, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. The funeral will be at 1 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle in Flatwoods, KY, with Pastor Lloyd L. Bailey and Rev. J.E. Smith officiating.  A private committal service will be held at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, KY.  The visitation will be on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 6 pm until 9 pm at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her honor to the Flatwoods Family Camp P.O.
