Richard Phillip Cordle, 66, of Waterloo, OH, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Mr. Cordle was born July 19, 1951 in Ironton, OH to the late Richard A. and Iris Anne Bailey Cordle. Mr. Cordle was a self-employed repairman and a U.S. Army Veteran. He was of the Christian faith. Mr. Cordle is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Katherine Faye Cordle of Waterloo, OH; one son, Donald Ray (Christy) Massie of Flatwoods, KY; five daughters: Mildred (Charles) Bowen of Pomeroy, OH, Crystal (Bruce) Anderson of Willow Wood, OH, Tina (Mark) Bowen of Gallapolis, OH, and Patty (Donny) Ross and Tammy (Junior) Cade both of Pedro, OH; three brothers, David (Julie) Cordle of Greenup, KY, Tony (Beverly) Cordle of Atlanta, GA, Glen “Bud” (Irene) Bailey of Beech Island, SC; many grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral service will be at 12 P.M. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Rev. Lloyd L. Bailey officiating.
