Rick Jay Breedlove

Rick Jay Breedlove, 51, of Ashland, KY, passed away on April 24, 2019, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Mr. Breedlove was born July 30, 1967, in Huntington, WV to Fern Louise Lambert Breedlove and the late Junior Jay Breedlove. Mr. Breedlove was a maintenance supervisor for Ashland Town Center Mall in Ashland, KY. Rick lived for his family, kids, and grandkids. He enjoyed gardening but his favorite thing was being a grandpa. Mr. Breedlove is survived by his loving wife Linda Moore Breedlove of Ashland, KY; one son, Shawn (Lindsey Hammond) Breedlove of Ashland, KY; two daughters, Cassie (Jason Stewart) Cannoy of Ashland, KY and Jessica (Matt) Kersey of Flatwoods, KY; four grandchildren: Ella, Carter, Ian, and Willow; two brothers, Scott Allen (Cydni) Breedlove of Kenova, WV, Brian Shawn (Artisha) Breedlove of Ironton, OH; one sister, Gloria Ann (David) Morrison of Wurtland, KY; and a host of extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 12 P.M. on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with Rev. Jason A. Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, KY.
