Ricky Allen Lewis

Ricky Allen Lewis, 64, of Flatwoods, KY passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, KY. He was born July 4, 1952 in Ashland, KY, a son of the late Ernie and Etterree Tompkins Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a self employed electrician and of the Church of Christ faith. Mr. Lewis is survived by one brother, Larry Lewis and his wife Vicki of Louisville, KY. A graveside service will be held at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, KY on Monday, July 3, 2017 at 1 pm. Visitation will be at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY on Monday at 11 am until service time.
