Sally L. Potter Wissinger, 68, of Russell, KY, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at her home in the arms of her loving husband, surrounded by her dear family. Mrs. Wissinger was born on August 15, 1948 in Fleming Neon, KY. She is survived by her husband John M. Wissinger of Russell, KY; one son, Michael R. Wissinger of Russell, KY; one daughter, Amy Lynn Anderson of Flat Rock, IN; four grand children; four step-grand children; two step great grand children, and a host of family and friends.
