Shirley Lunsford Kees

Shirley Lunsford Kees, 79, of Worthington, KY, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Mrs. Kees was born on April 14, 1937 in St. Albans, WV; a daughter of the late John and Winnie Flora Lovejoy Lunsford. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kees is preceded in death by her loving husband, Clifford Kees; one daughter, Shanda Tackett, and several siblings. Mrs. Kees was a self employed Cosmetologist at Shirley's Beauty Salon. She is survived by one son, Mark Kees of Raceland, KY; one daughter, Vivian Walker and her husband Ron of Worthington, KY; and two special daughters: Bonnie Domina of Defiance, OH, Greathel Fannin and her husband Bill of Worthington, KY;three grandchildren: Waylon Tackett and his fiance Youlanda Lee; Nicholas Walker and his wife Kayla; and Katherine Tackett; four great granddaughters: Holly, Lola, Ella, and Kaylee; and three sisters: Rhoda Hensley and her husband Chester; Bea Adkins; Linda Scarberry and husband Earl, all of St. Albans, WV; and a host of extended family and friends.
