Sonny Lee Davis

Sonny Lee Davis, 44, of Ironton, OH, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Ironton, OH. Mr. Davis was born March 10, 1974, in Ashland, KY, to Susan Quisenberry Davis and the late Vernon Davis. Mr. Davis was an Electrician Assistant for McGinnis, Inc in South Point, OH. He was a loving husband and father. Mitchell Blankenship, his step-son adored him. He was his world. Mr. Davis is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, Mary Catherine Davis of Ironton, OH; one daughter, Brianna Davis; two sons: Austin and Sonny Davis, one step-daughter, Faith Blankenship; one step-son, Mitchell Blankenship; two sisters, Sherry Davis of Ashland, KY and Tammy Davidson of Cattletsburg, KY; many nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends. A private service will be scheduled at a later date. The family has entrusted Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with the arrangements.
